Water Damage Before
This picture shows a problem that is very common and you might be very familiar with this yourself. Here you can see water seeping into basement, staining walls and floor and if left untreated, causing mold growth that could potentially lead to wood rot and an unhealthy home.
Basement Waterproofing in Progress
Notice how little of the basement floor needed to be removed for our crew to install our waterproofing system to keep this basement dry. The WaterGuard System collects water that seeps through your basement walls and guides it to a sump pump where it gets pumped out of your basement. This picture shows the progress of the installation.
Installation of Sump Pump
Here is a great picture of our TripleSafe Sump Pump liner being installed. By the time this project was completed, this basement had 2 sump pumps and a batter back-up sump pump in case the power goes out.
Finished Basement Waterproofing
The only signs of construction here is the wet cement along the perimeter of the basement wall. Once that dries, it will be virtually impossible to tell that we installed our WaterGuard System.
Sump Pump & Dehumidifier Installed
This basement is now waterproofed with a powerful sump pump system being installed and with the addition of our high grade dehumidifier, this basement is not completely dry, all the time!
