Leaky Vertical Crack in Basement
This vertical crack on the basement wall had the homeowner worried and for a good reason! The amount of damage that has been done here by water is astonishing. It has worked its way through concrete, staining the wall and floor and all the while compromising the structure of this foundation wall.
