Waterprofing System Installation
This is our WaterGuard system installed along basement wall and what this will allow us to do is catch the water that has been causing serious damage in this basement and guide it to the lowest point of the basement, where the our sump pump system pumps it out of your basement, keeping it dry all the time.
French Drain Installed
The WaterGuard waterproofing system is virtually invisible. Once the concrete dries you would have to get close to the walls to see the flange that runs along the perimeter of the basement and allows for water to run into the system. The gray piece by the back wall is a port that allows our service technicians to service your system every year, making sure that no debris clogs your WaterGuard and your sump pump.
TripleSafe Sump Pump Installed
This is our patented TripleSafe Sump Pump system. It includes 2 sump pumps and a third battery back-up sump pump that will turn on in case the power goes out. The air-sealed dual lid is not only a safety feature that keeps rodents out but also saves toddlers from falling in! It also stop vapor from escaping out of the sump pump liner and keeping your basement dry all the time.
IceGuard Installed
Our patented IceGuard discharge line is installed to ensure the line will not freeze in the winter. The winters here in the north east can be very cold and frozen pipes are inevitable but our IceGuard products still allows for water to exit your basement and for your sump pump to continue working at maximum capacity.
