Basement Waterproofing Photo Album: Perimeter Drain Installed in Union, NJ Basement

A homeowner in Union, New Jersey had water in their basement covering the walls and floors during heavy rains. The homeowners contacted basement waterproofing experts, Quality 1st for a solution. Our System Design Specialist inspected the basement and noticed the signs of water. WaterGuard was installed along the perimeter of the basement under the floor slab, on top of the foundation footing to keep the system out of the mud zone to prevent clogging. WaterGuard collects the water that seeps in through the walls and directs it to the sump pump. TripleSafe sump pump was installed to pump the water out of the basement. TripleSafe has three levels of pumps built in to ensure that the basement stays dry in case of one pump failure. This basement is dry and healthy for the homeowners to use.
