Destroyed Work Bench
Here is the homeowner's workbench that shows water damage from his leaky basement. He asked us to save it during construction and our crew did everything they could not to damage it but you can see here that most of the damage was already done by water and humidity.
Basement Drainage System
This is the entrance to the garage and you can see how the Trench Drain is installed in to prevent water from entering by the garage door. The bent line that is connected to the Trench Drain is the drainage system that guides water back to the sump pump which then in turn gets it out of your basement.
Flooded Basement Damage
The perimeter of this basement has clear evidence of water intrusion. You can see the water stains right above the drainage system that is being installed here. The perimeter waterproofing system installed here is our WaterGuard product.
Basement Trench Drain
Here is another shot of our waterproofing system as it is being installed. Around the corner of this wall is the garage door and that is where we installed the Trench Drain that is connected to the sump pump that sits in the lowest spot in the basement. Once we finished the installation, you can barely tell that we installed a drainage system in this basement.
WaterGuard Drainage System Installed
If it were not for the different colored tiles, it would be virtually impossible to tell that a perimeter drainage system was installed here. The grey piece of plastic that you see by the left wall is a port that allows our service technicians to maintain your system so it always works at its best.
Trench Drain Installed
This is a bittersweet picture; the damaged belongings outside are proof of water intrusion and the destruction it can cause while the clean and dry concrete floor and the Trench Drain by the garage door ensures that this space will stay dry from now on. This homeowner can now use it for storage again!
IceGuard Discharge Line
The IceGuard Drainage System is installed to keep the basement dry in all kinds of weather. Even in the coldest weather when pipes and lines freeze, our patented IceGuard technology allows for water to be pumped out of your basement and still keep your basement dry!
