Signs of Water
During the inspection, our System Design Specialist noticed multiple signs of water in the basement. There was efflorescence on the walls and signs of mold growth as well.
Water Damage
Due to the water seepage in the basement, the first 3 feet of the wall from the floor up had to be removed to prevent mold from growing behind the wall.
WaterGuard Drainage System Installed
Our crew installed WaterGuard above the footing out of the mud zone to prevent mud and dirt from clogging and prevent flow of water. The WaterGuard creates a small gap at the top to collect any water seepage from the basement wall into the drainage system.
WaterGaurd is Sealed
Our WaterGuard Drainage System is covered with cement to prevent movement as well as protecting it against anything that can cause clogging.
EverLast Wall Panels
Our EverLast Wall Restoration System was installed! The EverLast Wall Panels are not only waterproof and mold resistant but also have built-in insulation to provide the homeowners with more comfort in their basement. These panels will keep the basement dry since they help direct water seepage down to the WaterGuard.
Dehumidification
Our crew also installed a SaniDry dehumidifier. This will create a more comfortable space in the basement for the family to enjoy. The SaniDry System will pump clean, dry air throughout the basements to prevent musty odors.
