WaterGuard
WaterGuard is a specially designed piping system that we install on top of the footing in your basement to collect any water that may leak into the basement from the walls.
Finished WaterGuard Installation
Once the WaterGuard was installed on top of the footing, out team finished it by laying concrete over top to create a smooth finished look. Unlike a typical French Drain, WaterGuard has a nice and neat finished look and it keeps debris and dust out.

The Finished Installation
The Triple Safe Sump Pump and SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier were installed in this basement. The Triple Safe Sump Pump is equipped with three pumps in the liner, an alarm system that notifies the homeowner if the pump is failing before it is too late, and a backup battery to keep the pump running incase of a power outage. The SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier that was installed is a high-capacity, high-efficiency dehumidification system that removes 100 pints of water per day out of your basement air. The best thing about the SaniDry Sedona is that it automatically drains into the WaterGuard system or Sump Pump.
IceGuard Installation
To prevent this basement from flooding due to frozen discharge lines, our team installed IceGuard. IceGuard is specially engineered with hole to automatically eject the water away from the exterior wall if the pipe is frozen. When they pipes are not frozen, no water will escape the holes.
Drainage System
We installed the drain far enough away from the home so that the water being pumped out of the basement won't be able to seep back in.
