A homeowner in Flemington, NJ was experiencing water in their basement. They called Quality 1st Basements and one of our System Design Specialists, Laura, went our to take a look. She provided a solution for the homeowner which included the installation of WaterGuard, a Triple Safe Sump Pump, and IceGuard. Esau and his team installed the waterproofing system and the homeowner couldn't have been happier with the results.

Water in the Basement

Before the waterproofing installation, this homeowner had water seeping into their basement.

WaterGuard Installation

WaterGuard is a specially designed piping system that we install on top of the footing in your basement to collect any water that may leak into the basement from the walls. The water that collects in the WaterGuard drains into the sump pump.

WaterGuard Installation Part 2

Once the WaterGuard was installed on top of the footing, our team finished it by laying concrete over top to create a smooth finished look. Unlike a typical French Drain, WaterGuard has a nice and neat finished look and it keeps debris and dust out.

Sump Pump

We installed a sump pump in this homeowners basement to pump out any water that might get in through the basement walls. Now that the sump pump is installed, the basement is nice and dry and the homeowner no longer has to worry about any water flooding their basement again.
