Before Waterproofing
Existing sump pump was failing causing water seepage on the walls as well as efflorescence.
Out of the Mud Zone
We install the WaterGuard on top of the footing, instead of along side it. This is out of the "mud zone" to prevent wet dirt from getting clogged inside the train.
Basement Water Drainage System
Our WaterGuard is engineered specifically to be an efficient, long lasting interior perimeter basement waterproofing system. Not only is it designed to not clog but does not rely on a filter fabric! WaterGuard has a large drain outlet to the sump pump to collect all water seepage and direct it straight to the sump pump system.
Gravel in Drain
Once the WaterGuard drainage system is in place, gravel is piled on top to allow water to flow straight into the system from the wall.Cement is then poured on top to completely cover the drainage system to protect the WaterGuard.
BrightWall
BrightWall Panels are then installed to give the basement a more finished appearance. Not only will it help water seepage into the WaterGuard System but also prevents mold growth and moisture from forming.
TripleSafe Sump Pump & Back up Battery System
This is our TripleSafe Sump Pump! It has a sump pump liner to protect all three sump pumps inside. It also comes with an airtight lid to prevent water from evaporating into the basement air, a floor drain in sump pump lid in case of plumbing leak and a pump alarm system to notify the homeowner in case of an emergency situation.
