Installation of WaterGuard And Sump Pump
Our team installed our drainage system known as WaterGuard above the footing to prevent mud from clogging the system. Next our Sump Pump liner is then placed into the ground. This liner is a protector for the pumps inside to prevent damage of any kind.
Drainage Matting
Next Drainage matting is installed on the floor to prevent any water from getting trapped underneath the Vapor Barrier Liner.
Sump Pump and Back-up Battery
Our team installed a SmartSump pump system to keep the crawl space dry. The SmartSump has an airtight lid to prevent water vapor from evaporating into the crawl space air and an alarm on top to alert the homeowner of any issues with the system.
Healthy Crawl Space
This crawl space was very damp and musty. The walls were damp from water being trapped in the foundation and had poor air quality. Thanks to Quality 1st Basements, this space is dry and healthy!
