WaterGuard Drainage
The WaterGuard collects water that seeps through basement walls and drains it to your sump pump. WaterGuard works for both block walls and poured concrete.

To stop moisture from passing through the floors and porous concrete walls, our crew installed CleanSpace in every crawl space and basement on the Fort Monmouth Base.
Products work together
The CleanSpace works with the Waterguard System to collect any water seepage and directs it straight to the TripleSafe Sump Pump.

TripleSafe Sump Pump
This Sump pump provides three levels of complete protection against water. Three working sump pumps are able to handle multiple levels of water flooding into any basement area. Each pumps clicks on depending on the heavy volume of water. In case of a power outage, our UltraSump battery backup sump pump, set at the highest level, will pump 11,500 gallons or more. The pump collects all the water from the WaterGuard and pumps it out of the basement and 15 to 20 feet away from the foundation.
