Water Absorbed in the Foundation
Before our team begins, small holes are drilled into the foundation to drain any water that had been absorbed from the saturated ground outside.
Digging French Drain
Our team began the preparation of our WaterGuard Drainage System.
WaterGuard Drainage
Our WaterGuard Drainage System is installed above the footing, out of the mud zone to prevent clogging. The water seepage is collected from the floor and wall and directed straight over to our TripleSafe.
Gravel and Cement
Our team covers the WaterGuard with gravel and cement to keep the system hidden to allow new flooring to be installed over top.
Our Pumps
Our TripleSafe Sump Pump System has not one but three built-in pumps making it the perfect solution to any home with a high water table.
TripleSafe Sump Pump with Battery Back up
This basement will now stay completely dry with our TripleSafe Sump Pump and back up battery system. Our TripleSafe has an airtight lid preventing water vapor from rising back into the basement. It also has an alarm system that will alert the homeowner of any issues. The Three sump pumps sit inside a durable liner to prevent damage or clogging. The Battery Back up will turn on automatically in case of a power outage to keep the basement dry through even the worst storm.
TrenchDrain
TrenchDrain™ Grated Draining Pipe to span the opening and prevent water from flowing into your basement. The grated opening of this system is designed to accept water from the floor, where it's then redirected to your perimeter drain and your sump pump.
IceGuard Installed in New Brunswick
We install IceGuard to the outside discharge pipe as an alternative exit for water in case the pipe in the ground freezes due to winter temperatures. If the pipe is froze, water will exit from the openings in the top to prevent back flow into the basement.
Our Team
Our team shows up on time and does a full walk through of the project to make sure the homeowner knows exactly what will be installed. At half way point our foreman will notify the homeowner of all the progress and provides them with an estimated time of completion. Once the system is installed the foreman will do the final walk through with the homeowner to explain the system. Our crew then begins to clean up, leaving the basement cleaner then when they arrived.
