Existing Sump Pump

The homeowners existing sump pump system had failed to work properly due to lack of maintenance over a long period of time. This caused water seepage through the floor and dampness on the walls.

Signs of Water

Our System Design Specialist, Jay, noticed signs of mold and efflorescence on the damp basement walls.

Waterproofing

Foreman, Juan and his crew installed our WaterGuard drainage system above the foundation footing. These will allow water seepage to be safely collected and directed straight to our sump pump system. A Vapor Barrier known as CleanSpace was installed to the walls that will force any water seepage down to the WaterGuard. CleanSpace is a bright white liner that prevents moisture and mold.

TripleSafe Sump Pump System for Ultimate Protection

Our team installed our top of the line, TripleSafe Sump Pump System! The TripleSafe pump has three built-in pumps to provide the ultimate protection no matter the storm. An airtight lid seals all water vapor inside while an alarm system sits at the top to alert the homeowner of any emergencies. A back-up battery will automatically kick on if the power happens to go out to keep the pumps working and the basement dry.

New Flooring

We installed our ThermalDry Flooring Tiles to give this space a more comfortable and finished look. Our flooring is not only waterproof but mold resistant.
