Foreman, Brett and his crew installed our CleanSpace Vapor Barrier on the walls of the basement to prevent water seepage and mold. Not only does it give this basement a cleaner look but promotes a healthy environment as well.
SaniDry Dehumidifier Installed to Protect Against Musty Odors
Our SaniDry Dehumidifier promotes healthy air in the basement. It has a powerful blowing motor that circulates dry air throughout the space, aggressively drying out the damp space. Any water vapor will be drained into a sump pump pit, a section of your perimeter drain, or away via a condensate pump.
TripleSafe Sump Pump installed with Backup Battery
Our team installed our WaterGuard drainage system in the floor above the footing of the founadtion. Any water seeping in through the walls or up through the floor will flow into our drainage system and straight to our TripleSafe Pump. The TripleSafe got its name from the three pumps built-in to provide the ultimate protection against water.
