Before
Prior to the install
Installing the WaterGuard & TrenchDrain
WaterGuard catches water seeping into the basement and directs it towards the sump pump- which pumps it out into discharge lines far away from the foundation. The TrainDrench was installed to prevent/ maintain flooding that could be caused by plumbing pipes bursting inside the basement.
Installing the WaterGuard
WaterGuard is installed on the footing of the foundation. This is out of what we like to call the "mud-zone" which means our system will never get clogged by mud or debris.
Sump Pump Installation
The installation of the SuperLinerĀ® that won't crack or cave in. This will protect the pumps inside to allow them to continuously function properly.
Finished WaterGuard & TrenchDrain Installation
Fresh Concrete is poured over the WaterGuard to prevent the system from moving or shifting. If the homeowner plans to finish this basement, our system will not affect any flooring options.
Final Sump Pump Installation
Our SuperSump was installed with a backup battery. The SuperSump is equipped with a backup battery to alert the owner when water levels rise too high. The SuperSump is capable of removing 2,650 gallons of water per hour.
