Our System Design Specialists, Tom Carrano, headed out to the home to meet with the homeowner and inspect the damage. Temporary Solution

Water was seeping in, in one section of the basement. The homeowner put a temporary water barrier to keep it from spreading throughout the entire basement.

TripleSafe Sump Pump

Wilver and his team installed a new sump pump and replaced the concrete that was broken up during the installation. The TripleSafe sump pump and water guard allow any water coming in through the walls to be pumped out. The TripleSafe is equipped with an alarm system and backup battery.

IceGuard Installation

In the cold weather, discharge lines can freeze up and block the water being pumped out of the sump pump. To prevent this from happening, our team installed IceGuard. IceGuard allows the water being pumped out to escape through tiny slits in the top of pipe if the discharge lines are clogged or frozen.
