Beginning Installation
Our crew drilled a small channel where our french drainage system would be installed.

We drilled small holes and drained all the water out of the foundation before we began to install our French drain system.
French Drain System
This is our WaterGuard drainage system. WaterGuard is installed above the footing of the foundation, out of the mud zone. Any water seepage from the floor or foundation walls will be collected in the WaterGuard drain and directed over to the sump pump system.
WaterGuard Installed and Protected
We cover our WaterGuard with stone and concrete to prevent: clogging and movement. This will allow the homeowner to cover their system with flooring when they decide to finish their basement.
Alternative Exist for Water
Meet our IceGuard! If your discharge pipe were to ever freeze, water would then flow out of the top openings instead of flowing back into your basement.
