System Design Specialist, Paul D., headed out to inspect the area. Esau, one of our foremen, installed the system once the homeowner decided to go through with the job. The garage no longer flood and the family doesn't have to worry about any of their belongings getting ruined in the future.

Trench Drain XL Installation

Concrete is broken apart to create a channel for the TrenchDrain to be installed in.

TrenchDrain XL Installation

The TrenchDrain XL prevents water from entering the garage. Additionally, it is manufactured to withstand the pressure and weight of car traffic.

WaterGuard Installation

Once the WaterGuarad Drainage is installed, our team installed concrete over it to seal it in place. WaterGuard collects any water seeping in through the walls and directs it towards the sump pump so that it can be pumped out.

SuperSump Sump Pump

All water that collects in the TrenchDrain and WaterGuard flows towards the sump pump. The pump then discharges the water through the pipes and far away from the garage to prevent the water from re-entering.
