The Old Sump Pump
The old sump pump was completely open, allowing moisture that was sitting in the pump to evaporate into the air- causing a musty odor in the basement.
Filling In The Old Pump
The old pump was completely filled in with stone and then with concrete.
Digging Out the Perimeter
Wilver and his team dug out the perimeter along the foundation to make way for the WaterGuard to be installed.
Drilling Holes
Holes were drilled in the foundation to allow any water built up in the walls to escape.
The WaterGuard
WaterGuard effectively captures wall and floor seepage before it reaches your basement floor. Water enters the system via inlet holes and flows through the drainage pipe to the TripleSafe Sump Pump.
WaterGuard Set In Place
After the WaterGuard was placed along the wall, rocks were placed around it to keep it in place.
WaterGuard Final Installation
Once the WaterGuard was completely set, Wilver and his team installed concrete over top of it.
The Gap Between the Wall
WaterGuard leaves just a small gap between the wall so that any water seeping through the foundation can collect in the pipe and flow towards the sump pump.
TripleSafe Sump Pump
The TripleSafeā¢ sump pump system keeps your basement dry with triple the protection. Most sump pumps fail because of either a failed pump, a pump that can't handle high volumes of water or power failure. The TripleSafe assures protection from all three sump pump problems.
