After their old sump pump had failed during a rainstorm, a homeowner in Woodbridge, NJ contacted Quality 1st for a solution. Our Senior Design Specialist, Jeff N. inspected the damage and proposed a solution for the homeowner. Our basement waterproofing team led by Wilver brought the proposal to life when they installed the full waterproofing system equipped with a TripleSafe Sump Pump and WaterGuard Drainage System. Wilver and his team also installed ThermalDry flooring and a half wall EverLast Wall System.

Old Sump Pump

The old sump pump could no longer pump out water and caused the basement to flood.

Installing WaterGuard

WaterGuard was installed around the perimeter of the basement. It is designed to capture water seepage through walls and leaks along the wall/floor joint

TripleSafe sump pump offers 3x more protection than a regular sump pump.

Flooring Installed

ThermalDry flooring is mold and moisture resistant and was installed around the sump pump so that the homeowner and service technicians could have easy access to the pump if necessary.

EverLast Wall Installation

the EverLast Wall System was installed where water damage occurred. The old drywall was ripped out and the inorganic, mold resistant EverLast Wall panels were installed in place of it.
