Damp, Moldy Basements
Fact: Damp basements grow mold. Fact: Mold is a health hazard. Fact: Quality 1st Basement Systems can solve your wet basement problems!
Flooded Basements
Flooded basements are nothing but a headache for a homeowner. Water seeps in through walls and floors when the water pressure outside the home increases during heavy rains or rainy seasons.
Wet Basement
This basement had puddles forming in every corner. Each rain brought bigger puddles and more frustration for the homeowner.
Wet, Moldy Basement Corners
The corners of this basement were wet and moldy.
Puddles in the Basement
Puddles forming in the basement are evidence this basement needs the WaterGuard Drainage System, a step above the old French drain.
WaterGuard Drainage System
The WaterGuard Drainage System is installed along the wall to catch any moisture coming into the home.
WaterGuard Installation
WaterGuard is installed along the wall, around corners and under the sink.
TripleSafe Sump Pump Installation
The TripleSafe Sump Pump is installed to catch all the moisture from the WaterGuard Drainage System and pump it out of the home.
Basement Sump Pump Installed
The TripleSafe Sump Pump is installed. A fully covered unit, TripleSafe will keep this basement dry.
Water Heater Issue
When furnaces or water heaters are installed close to the wall, TrenchDrains can be put in to drain any water coming in behind them into the WaterGuard System and to the TripleSafe Sump Pump.
TrenchDrain
A TrenchDrain is installed around the water heater to help avoid future problems. It connects right to the perimeter drainage system and works in guiding all water to the basement sump pump that we installed as well.
TripleSafe Sump Pump & SaniDry
The TripleSafe Sump Pump is installed to offer 3 times the protection over the average sump pump to keep this basement dry. SaniDry, a dehumidification system, will work to keep the air in the basement dry and healthy.
LawnScape Process
LawnScape is laid out by the crew to direct the water out away from the home. The pipe is buried from the downspout to a special LawnScape outlet. This lets the water out onto the surface, while camouflaging the end of the pipe. The lid comes off for easy cleaning and it can be mowed over without worry.
LawnScape
The crew lays out the line for the LawnScape Outlet to direct the water from the TripleSafe Sump Pump away from the home.
LawnScape Complete
Once installed, the LawnScape Outlet will drain the water away from the home, yet adds a decorative touch to the common outlet drain.
IceGuard Discharge Line
Drain lines are sometimes susceptible to freezing, especially when you live in New Jersey, but the IceGuard discharge line prevents this problem. It's specifically designed to discharge the water even in snow and ice.
