Upon Inspection
As Kenny did his inspection he explained to Michael that the water was in fact coming from the foundation walls causing damage to his drywall.
Wet Walls and Carpet
There was so much damage from the water seepage that both the carpet and the bottom portion of the drywall in the basement needed to be removed to prevent mold.
Sump Pump System
We installed our SuperSump System to provide the best protection from water for a basement of this size. The french drain system, WaterGuard, will collect and direct any water seepage directly to the pump system to keep the area dry and healthy.
EverLast Wall Panels
Our Wall Panels have built-in insulation to create a more comfortable environment in the basement.
IceGuard
Victor and his team installed ICeGuard as well as an alternative exit to the discharge line. If the line in the ground freezes, water can now exit out the top to prevent the sump pump from pumping recycled water.
