Upon inspection, Steve noticed multiple signs of water seepage. To best describe the environment of the basement would be damp, musty and smelly. He recommended a full waterproofing system and our dehumidifier for the ultimate protection.
TripleSafe Sump Pump
Our team installed our TripleSafe Sump Pump System to protect the large basement. Our pump consists of three pumps that sit on individual stands inside a protective liner. It has an airtight lid with an alarm system to alert the homeowner of an issue as well as a floor drain in case the water heater or pipe were to break or burst.
Full Perimeter System
Steve suggested a full perimeter system to prevent water from ever finding its way through. Each wall now as our WaterGuard French Drain System to collect any water seepage from the walls or floor and direct it straight to the pump.
After
Our Team also installed our SaniDry Dehumidifier to prevent musty odors from forming which will promote healthy and dry air. Our CleanSpace Vapor Barrier was installed to the lower portion of the wall and then tucked into the WaterGuard to help with water seepage from the wall and prevent moisture from coming through.
