Water Seepage left stains
Greg noticed water marks and stains on the foundation walls in the area of the basement that were unfinished. Water was making its way through the foundation, getting the blocks and ground wet.

Greg recommended our TripleSafe Sump Pump System to provide the ultimate protection for this size basement. This system contains three pumps, in a protective liner to direct any water seepage from the wall or floor.
IceGuard
In our years of business we have found that frozen discharge pipes can be the cause of a basement flooding. When there is no alternative exit for water, it recycles back into the sump pump which is now removing new water and the recycled water. IceGuard has openings at the top to allow water to flow out in case the discharge line is frozen over.
