This basement was damp and had water seeping up through the floor and corners of the wall creating puddles.
French Drain System Installed
WaterGuard is installed above the footing of the foundation to prevent clogging or damage that would prevent the system from collecting water.
SuperSump Pump System
A SuperSump Pump was installed to collect all the water from the WaterGuard and direct it out of the basement and about 10 to 15 feet away from the foundation of the home. The SuperSump Pump has an airtight lid, a built-in alarm system and a floor drain.
Alternative Exit for Water
IceGuard provides an alternative exit to water exiting the basement. If the discharge line freezes, water can exit through the opens at the top of the pipe instead of back flowing into the sump pump system.
