When most people think of a sump pump they think of a hole in the ground and a pump which is exactly what we found in this basement. The water vapor can easily evaporate into the air and since the pump is exposed it can easily be damaged and fail.
TripleSafe Sump Pump
Our TripleSafe has three built in pumps that sit inside a protective liner. An airtight lid keeps water in and small children or animals out. The lid has an alarm system to alert the homeowner of any issues so that the homeowner can act fast.
Beginning Stages of Installation
Our team begins to drill down into the concrete slab to create a channel above the footing where the french drain system will be installed.
WaterGuard French Drain System
Esau and his crew installed our WaterGuard French Drain System to collect water seepage from the wall and the floor. We then cover the system with stone and concrete so its out of site out of mind. This system will never prevent the basement from being finished.
