French Drain System
Our WaterGuard french drain system is installed above the foundations footing, out of the mud zone to prevent damage of clogging. Our team covers the system with stone and concrete so that it is out of sight. Flooring can easily go over the drainage system in the future when the family is ready to finish the space.
Trench Drain
Mike also recommended a Trench Drain to accept water from the floor and direct it right to the sump pump system to protect the unit from water damage.
