CleanSpace
To prevent mold growth, moisture and water, we installed our CleanSpace Vapor Barrier to the walls. This liner gets tucked into the WaterGuard French Drain System to collect water from the wall to the drainage system.
Trench Drain
Kenny recommended our Trench Drain near the alternative entrance to the basement to allow water to be captured and directed straight to the sump pump.
TripleSafe Sump Pump System
System Design Specialist, Kenny, recommended our TripleSafe Sump Pump System to keep this basement dry and healthy. The TripleSafe is made up of three pumps to protect the basement against water seepage and flooding.
IceGuard
During winter months, we found that when the ground freezes, so does your discharge line. Therefore we created our IceGuard, an alternative exit for water if the pipe were to freeze.
Discharge Line
Our team installs the discharge line to allow water to escape away from the foundation to prevent recycled water from entering the basement.
