New Structure
To protect this newly constructed home from water, we recommended a full perimeter system be installed.
French Drain
First, we installed our French Drain System known as WaterGuard above the footing of the foundation to collect water seepage from the walls and the ground.
Clean Space
We then began installing our Moisture Vapor Barrier known as CleanSpace to the walls to prevent moisture and mold growth.
Sump Pump
Lastly we recommended our TripleSafe Sump Pump System. For a basement of this size, we want to ensure all foundation walls are protected and so this three sump pump system will provide the ultimate protection against water seepage and flooding.
