This basement had an existing sump pump system that was no longer protecting the home. Water continued to seep through the walls and the homeowner was desperate to find a permanent solution that wouldn't cause damage to their basement. System Design Specialist, Ken Peare worked with Foreman, Juan Garcia to create a permanent solution to protect the home and family.

Old Sump Pump

This existing sump pump system could no longer protect this basement and therefore the home.

TripleSafe Sump Pump System

Our TripleSafe Sump pump system has three pumps that sits directly inside a protective liner with an airtight lid. Our back up battery is then connected so that the system continues to protect the home even during the power outage.

Discharge Line

Once water is collected in the sump pump, the system pumps the water out of the basement through the discharge line. IceGuard offers an alternative exit for water when these discharge lines freeze. The small opens allow water to easily flow out the top instead of back into the sump pump.
