Our French Drain System known as WaterGuard is installed above the footing of the foundation where its out of the mud zone. It easily collects and directs all water straight to the sump pump.

The Ultimate Sump Pump

We recommended our TripleSafe Sump Pump System to protect this basement from wall and ground water seepage. The three pumps begin to pump water out depending on the volume of water coming in.

Dehumidification

We also recommended our Sedona Dehumidifier to pump dry air throughout the space. This system is connected to the sump pump and therefore self drains so that you don't have too.
