This finished basement was used as a play area but once water started seeping in through the walls and floor, it became musty and unhealthy.
Existing Sump Pump
Their existing sump pump had failed and needed to be replaced.

We installed our French Drain System known as WaterGuard to collect and direct water from the floor and walls to the sump pump system.

WaterGuard is covered with stone and concrete for easy installation of carpeting or flooring. This will prevent damage and movement to the WaterGuard Drainage System.
