Prior to installing the piers, the top layers of soil were excavated to expose the footing of the concrete.

Push piers are installed next to the footings and attached with a heavy duty steel bracket.
Helical Pier
A helical pier got its name from the helical plates on the pier shaft. These plates help to pull the pier into the soil during installation

Our team installed helical piers to stabilize and level the concrete that was holding the heavy equipment. The piers are screwed deep into the ground to ensure that they will not shift.

Once the piers are screwed into the ground, the weight is then transferred to the piers- alleviating some of the pressure and stress on the concrete.

Once the piers were installed, the team backfilled the soil and covered up the piers.
