He noticed that their was signs of water entry coming in from the corner of where the floor and wall met. The homeowner wanted a reliable system that would be able to protect a basement of this size and provide them with peace of mind.

This basement had dampness and moisture concerns.

French Drain System

We installed our moisture vapor barrier against the wall of the foundation to stop moisture and water seepage. The CleanSpace Vapor Barrier is then tucked into the French drain system known as WaterGuard to collect and direct water to the pump.

Sump Pump System and Backup Battery

Esau and his team installed our TripleSafe sump pump system along with a back up battery to keep the system running even with a power outage.
