Basement Waterproofing Photo Album: Old Bridge Basement Walls Waterproofed with CleanSpace & Bright Wall

When a homeowner in Old Bridge decided they had to do something about the water seeping into their basement, they called Quality 1st Basement Systems. System Design Specialist, Kenny Tramutola, went to Old Bridge to evaluate the basement and let the homeowner know the best solution for their wet basement problems. In the finished section of the basement,  he suggested BrightWall,  100% waterproof and washable, it will create a vapor barrier on the basement walls to block out water vapor and humidity. It will also direct water seepage into the WaterGuard drain. By the laundry and storage area of the basement, Kenny suggested CleanSpace. Like our other wall systems, it can hold back water vapor passing through the concrete foundation walls, directing it to the TripleSafe sump pump. The homeowner was espeically worried about the system backing up if the outside lines froze. Kenny had the solution with the IceGuard Discharge Line.
