Basement Waterproofing Photo Album: Waterproof Installation in Tinton Falls, NJ

A homeowner in Tinton Falls, New Jersey was experiencing water seepage into their basement when hard rainfall would happen. Our System Design Specialist, Travis Radford, helped the homeowner to come up with a plan for this issue. Our foreman, Juan Garcia, installed the SuperSump Plus Drainage System, which will help keep the basement dry, even during heavy rainfall. He also installed the WaterGuard System which is placed under the basement floor along the wall, and drains water into the sump pump system to keep the basement dry. Juan Garcia also placed TrenchLock Drain Pipe at the bottom of the stairs which will collect any water or debris. Now the homeowner has a fully waterproof basement.

WaterGuard Drain System

This is the beginning process of installing the WaterGuard system that sits above the foundations footing to successfully accept any water seepage from the floor and walls.

the french drain system collects all seepage and directs it straight to the sump pump system keeping the entire area dry.

TrenchLock Drain

This TrenchLock Drain sits at the bottom of the stairs to collect any water that will be drained to the SumpPump.

Our sump pump system has three built in pumps that provide the ultimate protection. They sit inside the pump liner for protection. The airtight lid keeps water in and prevent water from evaporating in to the air.
