This homeowner in Flemington, New Jersey noticed their basement was attracting water and pests. No one wants a leaky basement because it will only cause more issues in the future. The homeowner contacted Quality 1st Basement systems where our System Design Specialist, Matt Abrahamsen, was able to provide an inspection. Matt suggested they install a french drain system, as well as a new sump pump. Our foreman, Wilver Cardoza, installed the TripleSafe Sump Pump which has an airtight enclosed lid to keep water vapor from traveling into the basement air. Then he installed the WaterGuard Drain System which will direct water away from the basement and to the sump pump to be drained. Now, the homeowner can have peace of mind knowing that their basement is protected!

No one wants a damp basement that attracts water and pests. Damp basements will only cause issues down the road if they go without proper waterproofing.

WaterGuard and TripleSafe Sump Pump Being Installed

Our team is installing the TripleSafe Sump Pump and the WaterGuard Drain System to protect the basement from water.

TripleSafe Sump Pump

Our TripleSafe Sump Pump will effectively pump water out of the basement, even during periods of heavy rainfall. This sump pump has an airtight enclosed lid that will prevent water vapor from traveling into the basement air.

WaterGuard Installed

WaterGuard is installed along the perimeter of the basement and on top of the footing. This placement will keep WaterGuard out of the mud zone. WaterGuard directs water away from the basement to keep it dry.
