This homeowner in Newark, New Jersey noticed their basement was in need of a waterproofing system. They contacted Quality 1st Basement Systems and our System Design Specialist, Javier Romero, provided an inspection. Javier suggested installing a french drain system and a sump pump system. Then, Mario installed the WaterGuard Drain System which sits on top of the foundation footing and directs water to the sump pump. Now, the homeowner's basement is protected because they have a proper waterproofing system.
