Here is the basement before we waterproofed it.
Wet Basement
A wet basement will only provide negative effects such as rotting wood, mold growth, and musty smells.
IceGuard Discharge Line
We also installed IceGuard which provides a secondary route for water to escape to prevent clogging.
TripleSafe Sump Pump and CleanSpace Wall Vapor Barrier System
CleanSpace blocks out moisture and humidity so it will not pass through the basement walls. TripleSafe provides three levels of protection against water, especially during heavy rainfall.
WaterGuard French Drain System
WaterGuard is installed on top of the foundation footing to be kept out of the mud zone. This system will catch any water that seeps in from the walls and floors, and drain it to the sump pump system.
