Basement Before
Here is the basement before we waterproofed it.
TripleSafe Sump Pump System
TripleSafe will provide three levels of protection against water intrusion. This system also has a backup battery that kicks in if the power goes out, and an airtight enclosed lid to prevent water vapor from rising into the air.
Sump Pump Before
Here is the sump pump before we replaced it with ours. As you can see, it cannot properly protect the basement from water intrusion.
WaterGuard French Drain System
WaterGuard is installed on top of the foundation footing to be kept out of the mud zone and prevent clogging. Once installed, the system will catch any water that seeps in through the walls and floors, and drain it to the sump pump system.
