Basement Before
Here is the basement before we waterproofed it.
SuperSump Pump System
SuperSump will effectively pump water out of the basement. This system also has a backup battery that will kick in if the power goes out.
WaterGuard French Drain Installation
Our crew is in the process of installing WaterGuard. This system is installed on top of the foundation footing to be kept out of the mud zone.
Sump Pump Before
Here is the old sump pump before we installed our new one. As you can see, this sump pump cannot properly protect the basement from water intrusion since it's an open pit in the basement.
WaterGuard French Drain System
WaterGuard will catch any water that seeps in through the walls and floors, and drain it right to the sump pump system.
