The basement before we waterproofed it was not able to stay protected against water intrusion.
WaterGuard French Drain System and CleanSpace Wall Vapor Barrier System
WaterGuard is installed on top of the foundation footing to be kept out of the mud zone. CleanSpace will block out any moisture and humidity from passing through the walls.
Sump Pump Before
As you can see, this sump pump cannot properly protect the basement from water intrusion.

TripleSafe will provide three levels of protection against water intrusion. Our SaniDry Dehumidifier will also clean the air out in the basement.
