Here is the basement before we waterproofed it. As you can see, the basement is not protected against water intrusion, which can cause further issues.
WaterGuard French Drain System
WaterGuard will catch any water that seeps in through the walls and floors and drain it to the sump pump system.
TripleSafe Sump Pump System
TripleSafe will provide three levels of protection against water intrusion to keep the basement dry. This system also has an airtight enclosed lid to prevent water vapor from rising into the air. Even more, TripleSafe comes with a backup battery that will kick in if the power goes out.
WaterGuard Installation
WaterGuard is installed on top of the foundation footing to be kept out of the mud zone and prevent clogging.
