Here is the basement before we waterproofed it. As you can see, this basement cannot properly protect the home from water intrusion.
WaterGuard Installation
WaterGuard is installed on top of the foundation footing to be kept out of the mud zone and prevent clogging.
TripleSafe Sump Pump System
TripleSafe will provide three levels of protection against water intrusion, and it also has a backup battery that will kick in if the power goes out.
WaterGuard French Drain System
WaterGuard will catch any water that seeps in through the walls and floors and drain it to the sump pump system.
