Wet Basement
Heavy rain was seeping into the basement of this home, causing the homeowner to become worried. Wet basements can lead to potential mold growth and humidity, so it's crucial to remove the water, first thing, and install a durable waterproofing system.
WaterGuard French Drain
The WaterGuard French Drain collects the rain and channels it to the TripleSafe Sump Pump System. The drain is installed around the perimeter of the basement, and above the foundation footing. It will not rust nor clog!

Here is a photo of the WaterGuard French Drain and TripleSafe Sump Pump System being installed.
TripleSafe Sump Pump System with Backup Battery and SaniDry Sedona
The TripleSafe Sump Pump System can pump over two thousand gallons of water, per hour, when cranked to its highest level, thus preventing the basement from flooding or undergoing heavy water damage. It's backup battery helps the system run in case of a power outage. The SaniDry Sedona is designed to eliminate any humidity, mold spores, and dust from the basement.
IceGuard
IceGuard acts as a second drainage system for the water to be pumped out of the basement. If your main drainage pipes happen to freeze during the cold and icy weather, IceGuard makes sure the water is released out of the basement.
