Quality 1st Basement Systems received a call from a homeowner in Staten Island, NY. The homeowner was interested in waterproofing their basement after discovering heavy rain seeping through the walls and floors. Our System Design Specialist, Dane, provided an inspection of the basement and recommended the WaterGuard French Drain and TripleSafe Sump Pump System. Any water seeping into the basement will be collected by WaterGuard and channeled to the TripleSafe Sump Pump System where it's pumped away from the basement. With both systems combined, the basement will stay dry and healthy. We also installed the CleanSpace Moisture Barrier and SaniDry Sedona as an extra layer of protection for the home. The installation was completed by our foreman, Esau, and his crew. Since the installation, the homeowner has not experienced any other water issues in their home.

The TripleSafe Sump Pump System can pump over two thousand gallons of water, per hour, when set to its highest level, making it a suitable system for basements that undergo heavy water issues. Its backup battery keeps the system functioning in case of a power outage. The SaniDry Sedona eliminates any particles including mold spores, dust, humidity, and musty odors.
