Exposed Leaking Foundation

This pre-renovation photo shows the evidence of frequent water leaks through the flooring and foundation walls. With time, it will become easier and easier for more water to make it into the basement if left unattended.

WaterGuard Installation

Our crew installs our WaterGuard drains below the basement flooring, but above the foundation footing so that the channel is out of sight, and out of reach from mud that may clog the system. Filler rocks are used around the drains to maximize water flow down into the drain and away from the foundation. You would never know all that was under there!
