Before The Crew Arrived

In order to provide the most effective repair approach our system design specialist closely surveyed the area, to determine the best possible solution specifically catered to meet this owners exact needs.

During WaterGuard Install

The crew begins the installation by drilling weepholes and then digging a trench around the perimeter of the space, then the system is lowered in before being covered in clean washed stone.

TripleSafe Install

Similar to WaterGuard, the crew begins the installation process by digging a hole then securely placing TripleSafe inside, before surrounding the sump pump with clean washed stone, to protect from debris potentially interfering with the system.

WaterGuard Is Fully Installed

This French drain is specifically designed to be installed below the floor slab, resting on top of the foundation footing. This keeps the drainage system out of the "mud zone", where drains can clog. WaterGuard is installed with minimal invasion of the slab, all concrete is restored after installation, and the system is concealed with a layer of cement.

TripleSafe Is The Ultimate Waterproofing Defense

For normal functioning, the TripleSafe has a powerful, cast-iron Zoeller ⅓ horsepower sump pump set at the lowest level. For heavy volumes of water or in case of primary pump failure, a second, more powerful Zoeller ½ hp pump set a bit higher in the liner will take over. In case of a power outage, our UltraSump battery backup sump pump, set at the highest level, will pump 11,500 gallons or more on a fully charged battery!

TrenchDrain

The grated opening of this system is designed to accept water from the floor, where it's then redirected to the perimeter drainage system and sump pump. This system comes with a removable lid to clear any debris that may enter the drain and is compatible with all our perimeter drain systems.
