Before The Repair Process Began
The system design specialist carried out a full inspection on the area, to provide the most effective repair approach.
During WaterGuard Install
The crew begins the installation process by digging a trench, carefully lowering WaterGuard in, then the system is covered in clean washed stone before being concealed with a layer of cement.
TripleSafe Install
Similar to WaterGuard, we install TripleSafe by digging, lowering the system in, then surrounding it with clean washed stone to protect from debris.
WaterGuard Is In Place
This French drain is specifically designed to be installed below the floor slab, resting on top of the foundation footing. This keeps the drainage system out of the "mud zone", where drains can clog. WaterGuard is installed with minimal invasion of the slab, and all concrete is restored after installation.
TripleSafe Successfully Installed
The ⅓ hp primary pump can discharge 2,220 gallons of water per hour at an 8-foot head, while the ½ hp secondary pump can discharge as much as 3,900 additional gallons of water per hour at an 8-foot head. In the case of a tripped circuit, power outage, or sump failure, your TripleSafe's UltraSump Battery Backup System will kick in!
Water Seepage Is Eliminated
From now on, with WaterGuard and TripleSafe installed, this homeowner can put their structural decay concerns to rest!
