We also lined the basement walls with our CleanSpace Vapor Barrier which keeps water leaking through the walls out of the basement and, instead, flowing down into the new drainage system. To maintain a dry environment and eliminate the risks of a damp, musty environment, we equipped the home with our Sedona Dehumidifier. Installing New Drainage System

The WaterGuard Perimeter Drains are lined around the basement below the floor's surface. This keeps the drainage system out of sight while effectively channeling water into the sump pump.
